User Experience Research & Design
As a US Conglomerate, the client's portfolio consisted of more than 20 industries in over 100 countries. To centralise its efforts of various teams across the globe to educate, consult and sell to both practitioners and end-users, the client had been utilising its webpages as its main conduit.
As the lead digital agency embedded in the client organisation, the team was tasked to create, promote and retain webpages for the consumer divisions in automotive, FMCG and healthcare.
Worked with product owners and development team, through scrum rituals such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Collaborated with respective marketing specialists and product owners on requirements finalisation, rapid prototyping and development (and optimisation) of webpages.
Established digital advisory panel as part of UX research to conduct user testing, and validate findings against data in Adobe Analytics
OUTCOME & RESULTS
Facilitated sprint planning, including translating personas and customer journey maps into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Created high-fidelity wireframes for acceptance in production environment
Formulate UX research strategy, including setting up advisory panel, research criteria and user test questions.
